ABOUT THE HUNTS
Luxilux offers urban quests in various cities, so you can discover Luxembourg in a different way using your smartphone. Thanks to the application, you are free to choose when and with whom you play, alone or in team.
Following a defined route using GPS, you answer questions and complete challenges to win points and earn access to discounts and gifts in partner stores.
After paying, you will receive a link by SMS and email that will allow you to download the MooveGo application and access the chosen trail. This code will be valid only once, on the day of your choice.
A game lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours. The time varies depending on the pace of the player(s).
To participate in our treasure hunts, you need:
- A charged smartphone
- A 4G/ 5G connection
- An active geolocation/GPS device
- Download the MooveGo application
ACCESSIBILITY
In theory, everyone! Even though the puzzles and challenges were originally designed for adults (young or old), your kids will have a lot of fun while participating in our treasure hunts.
Our treasure hunts do not require you to be in Olympic shape, but they do require you to cover a few kilometers’ distance. The routes range in length depending on the city, but are suitable for people with reduced mobility and for pushchairs. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of the roads at the time you play.
There’s no reason not to, but it’s more fun to do it in a group. You know what they say, two heads are better than one, and the more’s the merrier!
PAYMENT
We cannot give refunds, but we can exchange the ticket if necessary. To ask for an exchange, simply send an email to our team at contact@luxilux.lu
Technical support
Staff members are not on hand, as the treasure hunts are autonomous. In the unlikely case you experience any technical problems, send an email to contact@luxilux.lu and we will reply as soon as possible.
If this happens to you, quit the MooveGo application and start again.
Yes, you can skip it without any problem. You just won’t get the allocated points.
Uninstalling the Moovego application will not help you, because reinstalling it will end your game (the QR code is only valid once). In this case, you must contact our team via contact@luxilux.lu.
